 I offer bespoke support for organisations that are experiencing lack of productivity, high staff turnover, low morale, or a difficult work environment, and are looking for support to create meaningful and sustainable change, that supports greater social and emotional wellbeing in the workplace.  

I worked in the corporate sector for 17 years and know both the impact of working in a great work environment and a poor work environment. My approach to working with organisations and their leadership is different. I do not request staff complete any testing based on their communication styles etc. I believe quiz’s such as Myer’s Briggs and DISC modelling are useful, however they do not change workplace cultures or support leadership to bring out the best in their team. Rather, I work with the people behind the roles to understand their patterns of behaviour that get in the way of them being their best selves.

 By examining recurring workplace themes, power struggles, and emotional dynamics, I will assist your leadership to gain insight into their workplace relationships and how they impact the health and wellbeing of the organisation. I then identify any unhealthy patterns of interaction that contribute to conflict, disharmony and reduced productivity and workplace engagement. 

From there, I provide training in relational workplace skills and coach leaders in practical communication skills and strategies for ongoing workplace relational esteem. These include active listening, giving and receiving feedback, navigating power dynamics, constructive problem-solving, open communication, continuous learning, and how to support their team to feel engaged and productive.  

This approach not only supports extraordinary work environments with a prospering and productive team, but I find people take the knowledge and skills they have gained with me home and their relationships at home improve also. Therefore, people are practising the new skills at home and in the workplace contributing to a more relational world.

 How it works

I have a holistic approach where I look at the organisation as an ecosystem -- meeting with your leadership team both as a collective and as individuals to assess the immediate patterns. From there I create a resolution plan, which will be based on my findings. It may look like a full team day training or some individual leadership coaching, or some combination of the two. After the assessment, you will receive a report including the overall assessment summary, immediate action items and recommended strategy for creating the type of work environment you desire.

I understand these issues can be quite sensitive, and I approach my corporate training and coaching with absolute discretion.
